The tabletop is handcrafted to the selected dimensions above, and the base is custom-crafted according to the tabletop dimensions to ensure balanced proportions and structural stability.

Dining Tables:
For travertine and marble dining tables, the approximate weight ranges between 80 kg – 200 kg, depending on the selected dimensions.
• Square / Round etc : 80 × 80 cm – 160 × 160 cm
• Rectangular / Oval etc : 160 × 90 cm – 260 × 100 cm

Coffee Tables:
For travertine and marble coffee tables, the approximate weight ranges between 25 kg – 70 kg, depending on the selected dimensions.
• Square / Round etc : 60 × 60 cm – 120 × 120 cm
• Rectangular / Oval etc : 100 × 60 cm – 140 × 80 cm

• Avoid Acidic Substances:
Keep the surface away from acidic liquids such as lemon juice, cola, vinegar, and similar substances.
If any spill occurs, it should be cleaned immediately to prevent surface damage.

• Cleaning Instructions:
Do not clean the surface with chemical or abrasive cleaning agents, as they may damage the polish and alter the natural color of the stone.
We recommend cleaning with mild soapy water (preferably white soap) followed by rinsing with clean water.

• Heat Protection:
During use, hot items should not be placed directly on the tabletop surface. We recommend always using coasters and placemats (supla) when placing heated objects such as cups, plates, or cookware. This helps preserve the natural finish of the stone and ensures long-term durability.


• Long-Term Use:

We offer free shipping across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland on eligible products.
For all other regions, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:
• Orders are typically produced within 7–10 business days.
• Europe, UK & Switzerland: 2–3 weeks after production.
• Rest of the world: 3–5 weeks after production.
All products are carefully packaged in crate (wooden box) protection and shipped semi-assembled / flat-packed (knock-down structure) to ensure safe international transport.

Insurance & Safety:
All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, a replacement will be produced and shipped free of charge upon validation of the damage report.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
All purchases made on our website are delivered with customs duties and import taxes fully included. Travertine House Global Ltd manages all customs procedures on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery process directly to your address.

You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
