All of our products are made to order and handcrafted. Each piece is individually produced; therefore, natural variations in stone veining and color are inherent characteristics that make your piece unique.

Production Time
Orders are typically produced within 7–10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Europe, United Kingdom & Switzerland: Free shipping is available on eligible products (indicated on product pages). Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks after production.

Rest of the World: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 3–5 weeks after production.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (No Hidden Fees)
We believe in 100% transparent pricing. The price you see at checkout is all-inclusive. All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are pre-paid by us. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Delivery & Damage Inspection
Due to the delicate nature of natural stone, we take extreme care in packaging. However, please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, you must notify us at info@travertinehouse.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
