Custom-Made Policy

All of our products are made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because each piece is unique and produced on demand, we do not maintain inventory or resell returned items.

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this 24-hour window, the production process begins, and we can no longer accept cancellations or modifications.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom-made nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection. Note: Natural stone features unique veining, color variations, and minor textural differences. These are not considered defects but are hallmarks of authentic natural stone.

Damaged or Defective Items We take immense pride in our packaging and quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us at info@travertinehouse.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and the packaging.

3. Once verified, we will prioritize a free replacement for you at no additional cost.

Refunds Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible or in exceptional circumstances approved by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
