When will the product be delivered after placing an order?
Since each piece is handcrafted to order, the total timeline consists of two stages:Production: 7–10 business days.
Delivery: After production, it typically takes 2–3 weeks for the UK and Europe, and 3–5 weeks for the rest of the world.
Note: All customs duties and taxes are pre-paid by us—there are no hidden fees upon delivery. -
Will I need to pay customs duty?
"No, you won't. All purchases made on our website include customs duty. Travertine House Global LTD handles the customs procedures, ensuring that your products are directly delivered to the address you provided."

Do you create custom-designed products?
"Yes, we can create custom-made products for you. Additionally, models can be crafted in the dimensions you request. We also undertake the production of products not featured on our website. Simply contacting our team is all that's required for this."

What are your payment methods?
"We accept credit card, bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and Klarna payment systems. We support your payments through multiple payment institutions."

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
"Your products are insured by the shipping company. This applies to both the UK, Switzerland, and all of Europe. If any damage occurs during shipping, our company stands as the guarantor. Your product will be reproduced and sent to you free of charge."
What is the process for returns and cancellations?
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted as each piece is handcrafted specifically for you.Returns: Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our natural stone products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged, we provide a free replacement. You must notify us at info@travertinehouse.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging to initiate the replacement process.
